Open database
This open data portal brings together environmental and electrical signals captured around and from living organisms in the Sinfonía Biótica network. You will find time-series and geolocated records for trees, fungi, and other organisms, combining context from the surroundings with bioelectrical activity processed for analysis and creative use.

What you can do here
- Browse interactive charts and a map of monitoring points.
- Access a documented API to query data programmatically.
- Reuse the data for education, artistic projects, citizen science, or technical prototypes—please credit Sinfonía Biótica when you publish work that relies on this dataset.
How to read the data
Environmental channels may include quantities such as temperature, humidity, light (including calibrated illumination and ultraviolet), and air quality indicators, depending on the station. Electrical channels capture activity associated with the organism and are stored as derived features (for example statistical summaries) at the highest resolution supported by the sensors, so you can work with stable, comparable series over time.
Notes on living systems
These measurements come from living organisms and field conditions; values naturally vary with weather, season, health, and installation context. Treat the data as an open window into a process, not as a clinical or industrial certification.
